Hill published his first interpretation of this individual achievement philosophy in 1928 as the multi-volume Law of Success,exactly twenty years after the Carnegie  interview. Think and Grow Rich was a modern abridgment of that set, published in 1937 written by Napoleon Hill.

I hear about this book from a YouTube video as a life changing book that's why I picked this one. Really enthusiast one!!

The person who stops studying merely 

because he has finished school is forever hopelessly doomed to mediocrity, no matter what maybe his calling. 

Before we can accumulate riches in great abundance, we must magnetize our minds with intense DESIRE for riches.

Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to burn his ships and cut all sources of retreat.

"DREAMS ARE THE SEEDLINGS OF REALITY.”

Awake, arise, and assert yourself, you dreamers of the world.

If you are influenced by the opinions of others, you will have no DESIRE of your own.

This “missing link” in all systems of education known to civilization today, may be found in the failure of educational institutions to teach their students HOW TO ORGANIZE AND USEK AFTER THEY ACQUIRE IT.

Our only limitations are those we set up in our own minds.

As according to scientific and spiritual evidences given in the book studying Andrew Carnegie's philosophy, following 13 are the steps that can convert your desire into riches...

Here's the quick pick on those thirteen.

1. Burning desire

The thought that all achievement, no  matter what may be its nature, or its purpose, must begin with an intense, BURNING DESIRE for something definite.

First. Go into some quiet spot (preferably in bed at night) where you will not be disturbed or interrupted, close your eyes, and repeat aloud (so you may hear your own words) the written statement of the amount of money you intend to accumulate, the time limit for its accumulation, and adescription of the service or merchandise you intend to give in return for the money. As you carry out these instructions, 

SEE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY.

2. Faith 

 If it be true that one may become a criminal by association with crime, (and this is a known fact), it is equally true that one may develop faith by voluntarily suggesting to the subconscious mind that one has faith.Faith is a state of mind,and that it may be induced by selfsuggestion.

3. Auto suggestion 

Repeating the idea, hunch, inspiration or desire in your mind that much number of times that it will get embedded in your sub conscious mind is auto-suggestion or self-suggestion.

4.Specialized knowledge

The accumulation of great fortunes calls for POWER, and power is acquired through highly organized and intelligently directed specialized knowledge, but that knowledge does not, necessarily, have to be in the possession of the man who accumulates the fortune.

Never feel yourself inferior.

Thomas A. Edison had only three months of “schooling” duringhis entire life. He did not lack education, neither did he die poor.

Henry Ford had less than a sixth grade “schooling” but he hasmanaged to do pretty well by himself, financially.

6. Organized planning 

Organized plans, even though they may be weak and entirely impractical, encourage persistence. Knowing that one’s plans are sound based upon experience or observation, encourages persistence.

7. Definiteness of decision

Knowing what one wants is the first and, perhaps, the most important step towards the development of persistence.A strong motive forces one to surmount many difficulties.

8. Persistence

Without PERSISTENCE, you will be defeated, even before you start. With PERSISTENCE you will win.

9. The Power of master mind 

Nature’s building blocks are available to man, in the energy involved in THINKING! Man’s brain may be compared to an electric battery. It absorbs energy from the ether, which permeates every atom of matter and fills the entire universe.It is a well known fact that a group of electric batteries will provide more energy than a single battery. The Master Mind principle holds the secret of the POWER wielded by men who surround themselves with other men of brains.

10. The mystery of sex transmutation

The men who have accumulated great fortunes and achieved outstanding recognition in literature, art, industry, architecture, and the professions, were motivated by the influence of a woman.

11. The subconscious mind

 It is your responsibility to make sure that positive emotions constitute the dominating influence of your mind.

12.The brain:A broadcasting and receiving station for thought

The subconscious mind is the “sending station” of the brain,through which 

vibrations of thought are broadcast. 

The Creative imagination is the “receiving set,” through which the vibrations of  picked thought are picked up from the ether.

13. The sixth sense

The SIXTH SENSE is that portion of the subconscious mind which has been referred to as the Creative Imagination.

• First, the huge United States Steel Corporation was born in the mind of Charles M. Schwab, in the form of an IDEA, he created through his IMAGINATION!

• Second, he mixed FAITH with his IDEA. 

• Third,he formulated a PLAN for the transformation of his IDEA into physical and financial reality. 

• Fourth, he put his plan into action with his famous speech at the University Club. 

• Fifth, he applied, and followed-through on his PLAN with PERSISTENCE, and backed it with firm DECISION until it had been fully carried out.
