THE MAGIC OF THINKING BIG: My Reading

The Magic of Thinking Big is a self help book written by David Joseph Schwartz, Jr.,an American motivational writer and coach. This book is paramount in its genre in 1959 ( publishing year ) as well as before tomorrow. As the title itself suggests, it has that essence that how the Magic of Thinking Big can pave our way to glorious success. The book is quite captivating, implementing and written in very efficacious manner.
Guys, reading books of different genres in this unpleasant time of worldwide pandemic is like revitalising yourself everyday.

Let's have a quick dive into the extract of the book.

He writes about excuses as diseases. Excuses, which he classified into four types:-
health excusitis ,age excusitis, intelligence excusitis and luck excusitis. The book contains the cures on how to overcome them as these "so called" diseases have crept into every walk of our life. What I liked the most about his writing was that he gives the checklist of questions to ask oneself in order to solve the excusitis problems.'Sell Yourself to Yourself' concept is powerful and potent.

Some parts that stimulates the most are -
"When you believe I-can-do-it, the how-to￾do-it develops."
"Develop the power to see what "can be" than what "it is"."
"You will become what you think  you are."
"Be dressed nice enough because you will feel the same in the mental interior as you will feel exterior."
"Feel good about yourself if you value yourself". Because no one is going to value us if we don't bait ourselves.
"Managed solitude pays off."
"Set your setbacks as stepping stones to success. Keep your attitude postive towards the discouragements. Don't let them overpower you."

Let's have the motivation munch in bottom line.
Show yourself out right in pursuit of affection, you won't get it ,but you will definitely get excellence.

Must read the book, after all you have to 'Sell Yourself to Yourself'.XD.Yeah, there is a Magic in Thinking Big . Go and unearth the book.

Thank You.
